  1. The title When Mountains Crumble suggests themes of collapse, change, and resilience. In what ways do the characters experience “mountains crumbling” in their personal lives?​

  2. How does the setting (both physical and emotional landscapes) shape the characters’ decisions and relationships throughout the story?

  3. Which character did you connect with the most, and why? Did your feelings about them change as the story unfolded?

  4. The novel explores grief, love, and transformation (in many forms). Which theme resonated with you most, and how did it mirror or challenge your own experiences?

  5. What role does memory play in shaping how the characters view themselves and each other?
